We cover all of Abu Dhabi emirate including Abu Dhabi City, Khalifa City, Mussafah (ICAD), Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Ain, and the Western Region (Ruwais, Madinat Zayed). We can mobilise to Dubai and the Northern Emirates on request.

Do your rental rates include operators?

Yes. All CGT equipment rentals include a certified, experienced operator. Our operators hold valid UAE heavy equipment licenses and many have NEBOSH safety certifications. Fuel is typically the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is one day (8 working hours). We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates with significant discounts on longer commitments. Custom rate agreements are available for projects exceeding 3 months.

How quickly can you deliver equipment to my site?

For Abu Dhabi city and Mussafah, we offer same-day mobilisation for equipment in stock. Typical delivery is within 4-8 hours of confirmed booking. Remote locations like Ruwais may require 24 hours advance notice.

What happens if the equipment breaks down on site?

All CGT equipment is covered by our maintenance guarantee. In case of mechanical failure, we dispatch a replacement machine within 4 hours at no additional cost. We do not charge for downtime caused by equipment failure.

Can I get a formal quotation for a tender?

Absolutely. Use our online quote wizard or WhatsApp us the tender requirements and we will provide a formal quotation on CGT letterhead within 24 hours. We regularly support our clients with tender pricing and method statements.

How do I register my equipment with CGT as an owner?

Visit our Register Equipment page or contact us directly. You provide the machine details, photos, and registration documents. Once verified, your equipment is listed in our fleet and we match it with rental demand. You retain ownership and we handle operations, maintenance coordination, and client billing.

What is the service fee model for equipment owners?

A competitive service fee applies to each rental transaction, covering operator management, client acquisition, invoicing, insurance, and platform access. The exact terms are agreed when you register your equipment and depend on the type of machine and rental duration.

How does daily work approval work?

Each day, the client assigns tasks to the operator on site. The operator uploads timestamped photos and videos of work completed through the FleetOps platform. The client reviews the evidence and approves billable days. Only approved days are invoiced, ensuring full transparency for all parties.

How are maintenance costs handled for registered equipment?

Routine maintenance and repairs are coordinated by CGT. Costs are deducted from the billed rental amount, and the equipment owner approves all parts and labour before work proceeds. You receive a detailed maintenance log through FleetOps so you always know the condition of your machine.

What certifications do your operators have?

All CGT operators hold valid UAE heavy equipment operating licences issued by the relevant authority. Many also hold NEBOSH Health and Safety certifications. Operators undergo practical assessments before deployment and receive regular refresher training.

Do you cover all UAE emirates?

Yes. Our primary base is Abu Dhabi, covering the city, Mussafah, Khalifa City, islands, and the Western Region. We also serve Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Mobilisation timelines vary by location — same-day in Abu Dhabi, 24 hours for remote areas.

Can I track my equipment in real time?

Yes. All CGT fleet vehicles and registered equipment are fitted with GPS tracking. As an owner or client, you can log into the FleetOps platform to see live location, utilisation hours, and movement history for every machine assigned to your account.

What is the standard working day?

A standard working day is 10 hours, including mobilisation to and from the staging area. Overtime beyond 10 hours is billed at an agreed hourly rate. Night shifts and weekend work can be arranged with advance notice.

How do payments work for equipment owners?

Once a client approves the billable days and the invoice is settled, the owner receives their share after deducting the service fee and any maintenance costs incurred during the period. Payments are processed on a monthly cycle with a detailed statement available through FleetOps.
