Rental terms

1. The monthly rate covers 260 working hours (10 hours per day × 26 days) with a certified operator. Extra hours are charged as overtime. Fewer hours are billed as a full month unless the shortfall is caused by machine breakdown.
2. The minimum hire period is stated on the quotation. If the hire ends sooner, de-mobilisation is charged to the client.
3. Diesel is supplied by the client. Operator accommodation and transport are as stated on the quotation.
4. Mobilisation and recovery are charged as stated on the quotation.
5. Damage caused by hidden or underground objects is not the responsibility of the operator or the equipment provider.
6. 5% VAT is added on every invoice under UAE Federal Tax Authority rules.
7. Payment is due 30 days after the invoice, against an approved timesheet. A post-dated cheque (PDC) may be required in advance. Accepted methods: bank transfer, cheque, and cash.
8. This quotation is valid for 10 days.
